All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 to 48 hours. You can track your package directly through our website or the carrier's tracking portal.

Gebopomall is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team immediately. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and take clear photos of the damage so we can file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund for you.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs or redelivery fees.
