We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your shoes must meet the following conditions:
  • Must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Must be in their original packaging (including the original shoe box).
  • Must have all tags, inserts, and labels attached.
  • Must include the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
  • Final sale items or gift cards.
  • Items showing visible signs of outdoor wear or damage caused by the customer.
4. Return Process
To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping Costs
  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong size sent, defective item).
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the shoes are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by offering a free replacement or a full refund.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned shoes, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.
  • Processing Time: It typically takes 5 to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
8. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item or size.
